Fratelli Pierozzi accepts orders for delivery within Italy.
Express shipping in Italy: free from € 40.00. If the order is below € 40.00, the shipping cost is € 5.00. Delivery in 2-3 working days. To the Islands 3-5 working days.
Delivery times can be up to 5 working days and change depending on the area, unless otherwise communicated on the site or by e-mail. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
It is in any case not possible to define a precise time and delivery is not anticipated by telephone by the carrier.
What should you do when you receive your order?
When the Fratelli Pierozzi products you have chosen arrive at your home, we recommend that you immediately check that the parcel and its contents are intact. If something goes wrong, please contact us and ask for a refund. For further details, please visit our returns page.
In the meantime, here are some tips for you on what to check right away:
- make sure that the packaging is intact. If it is not, please do not collect the goods, leave the package with the courier and notify us immediately of what has happened;
- always sign the document that the courier delivers to you by adding the phrase ‘I accept with reservation’. This will make it easier for you to claim a refund for any transport damage;
- If the parcel you receive is damaged or incomplete, take photographs of both the outside and the inside and contact us: we will show you how to start the refund procedure.
